Cancellation Policy
1. Purpose
This policy ensures fairness to both clients and the trainer by respecting time commitments and maintaining scheduling consistency.
2. Cancellation Notice
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Notice should be given via phone, text, or email directly to the trainer.
3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Less than 24 hours’ notice: The session will be charged in full and may be rescheduled. The appointment may be rescheduled with no charge if it is communicated more than 24 hours before the appointment start.
No-shows (failure to attend without notice): The session will be charged in full.
4. Emergencies
Emergencies (such as illness or family emergency) may be considered at the trainer’s discretion.
5. Trainer Cancellations
If the trainer must cancel, clients will be offered either:
A rescheduled session at no additional cost, or
A full refund for that session.
6. Package Sessions
Prepaid packages are non-refundable.
Missed sessions due to late cancellation or no-shows will be deducted from the package balance.
7. Consistency & Commitment
Frequent cancellations may result in loss of preferred time slots or termination of the training agreement.
