I had considered using a trainer for a long time but didn’t know where to start. I wanted to learn how to lift heavy with proper form so I didn’t injure myself. Anna is very thorough in explaining moves and makes sure you are doing everything properly and with the appropriate amount of weight. She encourages me to increase weights when she feels confident I can do so, giving me the extra push I might not give myself. If you are considering getting into lifting, I highly recommend using Anna. Her prices are super reasonable, too!
